A lovely day. I went to Ebisu in the morning. After going to the hospital, I had lunch at my favorite English sandwich shop. Baguette with Brie cheese and salami was smiley good!
またまたとてもいい天気。恵比寿の病院へ。帰りに大好きなサンドイッチ屋でランチ。ブリーチーズとサラミの入ったバゲットは最高だった。
