When you’re an office worker, a cuppa is essential to get relaxed. I used to like coffee, Earl Grey tea and camomile tea. But now, my favorite is different. One of my best friends brought me rooibos tea a couple of weeks ago. It’s healthy (rich in anti-oxidant) and tastes lovely.
Her friend recommended it to her when they went shopping. According to her friend, there are many brands of rooibos tea and some of them might not taste good. But this one is the best. It’s Royal-T Rooibos Estate Tea made in South Africa.
I like to drink it with honey though it’s already lovely itself. I have my favorite honey shop in Tokyu Food Show, Shibuya. I chose Bourgogne Dore this time as it was supposed to go well with tea, and it did.
The rooibos tea with the honey in my favorite pink Muumin mug makes me relaxed and smile everyday. It’s not only me who felt so. I shared it with some friends at work. Two of them told me they would like to buy it. We found it on-line and ordered it together today : )

オフィスで働いてると コーヒーや紅茶が欠かせない。リラックスや気分転換するのに必要なのだ。以前はコーヒー、アールグレイの紅茶やカモミールティーなんかが私のチョイスだったのだけれど 最近大きな変化が。2－3週間前に親友が持ってきてくれたルイボスティーにはまってる。解毒作用もあってカフェインが入っていない上においしい。
彼女も友人に薦められて買ったそうだが その人いわく ルイボスティーにもいろんなブランドがあって飲みづらいのもあったりするらしい。けど このブランド、Royal-Tのロイヤル・ルイボスティーが一番だって。
そのままでも十分おいしいけど 私は蜂蜜を入れて飲んでいる。蜂蜜は私がこだわりを持ってるもののひとつでいつも渋谷の東急フードショーに入ってる店で買っている。今回は紅茶に合うと書いてあった ブルゴーニュ・ドレを選んでみた。やっぱgood!
お気に入りのお茶にお気に入りの蜂蜜を入れてお気に入りのムーミンのマグカップで飲むとかなりリラックスできる・・・と思ったのは私だけじゃないみたいで このルイボスティー飲んでみた会社の友達2人からどこで売っているのか聞かれた。オンラインショップに売っていたのでみんなでまとめてオーダーしてしまった。
A sunny national holiday. I’m flying to Hong Kong this evening to go to Macau. Macau is an exotic place. It has both European and Asian culture. It belonged to Portugal and was returned to China in December, 1999. It’s now listed in the World Heritage.I’m looking forward to seeing old churches and having some fun at casino 😉
