A warm day again. Feel spring is not too far away. Sunset was lovely. Just wish I had my PoswerShot with me today.

今日も暖かい1日だった。春もそんなに遠くはない感じ。明日は立春。きれいな夕暮れ。パワーショット持ってくればよかった。

I went out with girls from work this evening. We wanted to eat Singaporean chicken rice! I tried it first time. It was good! I also liked noodle in spicy coconut soup. It’s quite difficult to list up Singapore foods but actually there were a lot in the menu. I loved the dessert of forbidden rice and coconut ice cream. It was a bit like Finnish mammi (Easter pudding).The restaurant, Sin Tong Kee is in Ebisu.

会社の女友達とシンガポールのチキンライスを食べる会。私にとっては初めてのチキンライス。おいしかった。辛いココナッツスープのホーもおいしかったし。シンガポール料理っていうのはなかなか思いつかないのだけれどメニューにはたくさんの種類が・・・黒米とココナッツアイスクリームのデザートが妙においしかった。ちょっとフィンランドのマンミを思い出した。（マンミはフィンランドでイースターに食べるデザート。）ちなみにこのレストランは新東記といって恵比寿の駅の近くにあります。
