Climbing

  Today, I went bouldering for the first time. It wasn’t easy but so much fun! I’ll most probably muscle ache and yoga practice will be harder tomorrow morning 😉

今日は初めてボルダリングに挑戦。（写真のような壁を登っていく。）楽じゃなかったけど　すごく楽しかった。明日は筋肉痛間違いなし。朝のヨガの練習はいつもよりつらいかも。
