Today, we had a beautiful morning. Though I regretted I didn't take a digital SLR camera with me, I was grateful for the old IXY in my bag. It works better than the camera in the mobile phone. (or maybe I need to learn how to take photos by my smart phone). This is wat I saw at 8ish on the way to work.
今朝はとてもよい天気で、会社に向かう途中でみた景色はこんな感じ。一眼のカメラを持ってくればよかった。でも最近いつもかばんにだいぶ古いキヤノンのIXYを入れてるのだ。携帯（いや スマホ ;-)のカメラではなんだかうまく写真が撮れない私、そんなIXYでも持っててよかった。
Weather forecast said, "It will snow." Weather changed suddenly and it started snowing heavily in the afternoon. (photo taken through the office window. It might be difficult to see how heavily it was snowing but look at the man walking in the snow : )
ところで今日の天気予報は雪！こんなに天気がよかったのに・・・午後になると、こんな大雪。写真では分かりづらいかもしれないけど、大雪の中を歩いてる人の姿に注目。
In the evening, it took some time for me to notice it was raining. There has been snowing a lot and I didn't think it would be raining in winter.
そんなこんなではありましたが、いつの間にか雪は雨に変わったようで、でもそれはあまりにもありえない感じのことなので、しばらく気づかなかったわたくし。歩きながら突然、”これって雨？” と思った次第。これだけ雪が降ってると空から降るものは必ず雪だと思ってしまうゆえ。
