3+1 Päivää/Mid-season sale at Sokos department stores

In addition to summer and winter sales, there are two mid-season sales at each department store or shopping mall in Finland. Their sale starts on Wednesday and ends on Sunday and each one is held in different week, usually starting from Kamppi shopping mall, followed by Forum and Sokos. And usually the last one is Stockmann's famous crazy sale! Today is the last day of Sokos' 3+1 Päivää. Thous 3+1 meant 3 weekdays and Saturday, the law changed a couple of years ago and shops are allowed to be open on Sundays. Thus it is now 3+1+1 days (päivää = days). And their theme color is pink against yellow of Stockmann. You might find something at good price but it was super crowded when I went there yesterday!

サマーセールとウィンターセールの間にあるミッドシーズンセール。フィンランドでは各デパートがそれぞれ違う週の水曜日から日曜日までセールを開催。たいていいつも、最初がカンピのショッピングモール、次の週がフォーラム、次の週が、ソコス。そして最後か有名なストックマンのクレージーセール。今日はソコスの3+1 Päivääの最終日。3+1 Päivää　の意味はウィークデーが3日と土曜日。(päivääは日という意味) でも数年前から法律が変わり日曜日も店の営業が許可されたので今となっては3+1 +1。ピンクがテーマカラーのセールです。（ちなみにストックマンのテーマカラーは黄色！）なにか欲しいものがあるかな～と思って、昨日ちょっとのぞいてみましたがめちゃ混みでした。
