I’ve lived here for eight years by now. I’ve been fascinated by photogenic street of Helsinki. While I was walking from a lovely Vietnamese cafe in Kruunuhaka to home in Punavuori, I couldn’t help standing in the middle of the road (quickly, of course) and taking photos. Though weather wasn’t really great on the Saturday, it was great fun to walk with iPhone (camera).

もう8年も住んでいるヘルシンキ。見慣れた通りではあるのだが、しばしば、「おー、これ写真に撮ったらいい感じ」という気分になるのだった。そんな気分になれば、もちろん、携帯（スマホなのだが、私の中ではいつも携帯）のカメラを取り出し、時には道路の真ん中に立って大急ぎで通りの写真を撮ったりする。曇っていてなんだか盛り上がらない天気と思っていた土曜日だったのに、写真を撮りながら歩いたら、クルーヌハカのカフェからプナヴオリの家まで、楽しい道のりになった。

でも曇り空の下で撮った写真は、そんな私の盛り上がりをあまり反映していないかも。やはり空はグレーなのだ。
